Canterbury Pilates was established in 2000 with the aim of bringing top class Pilates movement classes to the city.

Our goal is to provide stimulating classes with an emphasis on safety and functionality, enabling you to maximise your potential. We would like you to experience the benefits that regular Pilates practice can bring to your body and mind.
