For example, if you play one sport a lot, or a musical instrument, or sit in a chair in a particular way the shape of your body and the tissue that supports it will change.
These sessions begin with a postural assessment which will include asking you to perform a few movements or exercises. We will then begin a journey through the body trying to unlock any deep held patterns and seek out tightness , encouraging more balance and function. Changes in depth, direction and body position will help to adapt these patterns that are being held by the body. The massage movements will then be backed up by exercises specifically chosen to enhance the technique and to re-educate the muscles and fascia.
Each of these sessions last one hour and 15 minutes.
