Expect to feel energised as we guide you through an hour of fun, challenging and strengthening exercises on your own Reformer. The machine has 5 springs which offer resistance and support whilst you execute exercises in a variety of positions. The repertoire is huge allowing for a great range of exercises at all levels. You will be setting your own spring tensions thus enabling you to work at your own level with guidance. We also incorporate the use of the Reformer Jumpboard to add variety and a good cardio challenge.
All the Reformer classes are run as a course, which typically lasts 6 or 7 weeks. To secure your place you will be asked to pay for the whole course in advance. No refunds can be offered for any classes that are missed, but by prior arrangement with your teacher alternative sessions may be available.
