We can use this time to assess your posture and moment and teach your some of the basic Pilates exercises which can be helpful and beneficial if you are experiencing pain in your body. Typically you may wish to book a private session if you are:
- Being referred by your GP, Physiotherapist or other medical professional
- Returning to exercise after a long break
- Recovering from injury
These sessions are also popular for clients who cannot commit to a regular class and need the flexibility to book when they wish. Homework exercises are given.
We also teach duet sessions if you and a friend would like to attend together. This can be combined with use of the studio equipment.
