Using some of the original Pilates equipment such as the Cadillac, Reformer and Wunda Chair we can guide you through a sequence of exercises designed to improve your strength, flexibility and function.
These sessions are suitable for:
- General fitness, posture and flexibility
- Rehabilitation from injury
- Sports specificity
- Back pain
To enrol in a studio session it is necessary to book at least two private sessions first for movement assessment and to familiarise yourself with the equipment. Each studio session lasts one hour.
