Studio Sessions

These sessions offer a more personalised environment and allow you to work towards a more specific goal. The typical ratio is one teacher to three clients.

All Studio Sessions are held at:
33 St Dunstan’s Street, Canterbury, CT2 8BZ

Using some of the original Pilates equipment such as the Cadillac, Reformer and Wunda Chair we can guide you through a sequence of exercises designed to improve your strength, flexibility and function.

These sessions are suitable for:

  • General fitness, posture and flexibility
  • Rehabilitation from injury
  • Sports specificity
  • Pregnancy
  • Back pain

To enrol in a studio session it is necessary to book at least two private sessions first for movement assessment and to familiarise yourself with the equipment. Each studio session lasts one hour.

£24 per session.
